How can I add "Last 4 of Contact's Phone Number" as a custom field in a template for check in instructions?

I've used Guesty for Hosts and Hospitable which have less features yet I can't figure out how to do this on Owner Rez. I have a check in instructions template that is to be sent to the guest before arrival. In the template I include the smart lock code. To clarify, I enter the codes in the smart lock on my own and am not looking for anything to integrate with my lock. I simply want a field to insert in the check in template that populates the contact's last four digits of their phone number. 

I tried to do the Manual Lock option where it generates the last 4 digits of the number and then its the DOOR CODE field but that is not populating within the template.

If anyone could point me in the right direction, that would be great! Thanks!

That ought to work.  Please write in to the Helpdesk with a specific example where it did not, so we can investigate.
