Gap night manual override

We have a 1 night gap between bookings. We recently had a midweek booking checking out Friday morning. This blocks a Friday check in.  So that might deter a weekend booking for that weekend. Would like the ability to manually override a gap night for specific dates such as the example I've listed.  thank you.
