With Transaction Sync, you will receive an email alert if a deposit is unable to update a booking due to PM lock. You then unlock the booking, retry the deposit, and finally relock the booking.

The host fee is no longer created when the booking is created. It is instead created when the Transactions are synced. The same fee is now called "Airbnb Reservation host fee"

I can't think of a way to trigger a Zap "if there is a gap of more than 2 nights". We do not currently support OwnerRez triggers directly to Zap.
