I can wait for the variables to be finished. I currently use Hospitality for the review processing now. I'd prefer to just have one system but I have a solution so I can wait.

What I want is to create 5, or so, templates with variables in them. Then the system would automatically rotate through them for each guest. Is that what you're saying?

Set default to auto-populate the {BCLEANDATE} with the check-out date. Then the field could be used in msg's to cleaners on new booking, booking change, booking cancellation, etc.

If this is implemented make it optional. We don't need ID's so I don't want to require my guests to upload one.

It would save a lot of key-strokes if OR would prefill the city and state using zipcode. This would also require changing the zipcode field location and tab order on the address section.

So where exactly does this information go? Just to our direct booking site or to the OTA's connected via API? If to the OTA's, where does it show up in the listing?

The cancelation fee setting currently only allows a fixed $ amount. Since we're charged a % of the total for CC charges we should be able to set the cancelation fee as a percentage.

I guess for me this feature request is lacking. I wish OR would only show us the msgs that apply to this booking (e.g. no ABB triggers for non-ABB bookings or a msg that won't fire due to a condition…

You should be able to do this with tags (booking or customer) and then using the tag booking criteria on the trigger.

Chuck - I want to be sure I'm understanding what you're suggesting since there isn't current IFTTT support in OR. OR will push to the Google calendar, via iCal, and all the IFTTT applets will trigger…
