this request is 3 years old now... would be such a nice feature especially since would could use Auto Tagging now as well if we could trigger based on reviews!

This is badly needed and one of the functions I miss from my old PMS. I want to run a trigger based on a 5 star review, but no review triggers are available as best I can figure.

Sign me up for wanting to delete or hide old custom sources as well. I'd even be willing to map old sources to new sources so no old records are using the "deleted" resource. thanks.

exactly... totally agree... at a minimum, give me a zelle icon so guests can see that familiar logo as we lean more towards that and away from CCs every chance we get.

Hey Paul. We use the Yale Assure locks models YRL 216/236 and YR C/D 226/246/256. Both are Wifi and we use the August app and remotelock to control today.

Agree, navigation in the SMS view is not very user friendly. Maybe the rework of messaging will fix this, if not I would definitely appreciate better navigation as well.

Why not be able to include the "Add-Ons" during the RA acceptance process for OTAs. We are collecting all the contact info there and billing info, we could ask there if they wanted to add extra fire…
