The OwnerRez tool is a HUGE time saver for us as it helps to automate, track and communicate with all our guests, both direct bookings and OTA bookings. We especially love how well it keeps our availability calendar synced across the four different OTA websites that we use to market our vacation rental home. We also love the reusable e-mail templates and triggers that make it easy to automate our communications while still personalizing them through special merge fields.

For the past year, we've been using OwnerRez and are super impressed with this outstanding tool for managing all of the details for our bookings. Their customer service is top notch and always very quick to respond to our questions or concerns. 

We have our own website for direct bookings and use OwnerRez widgets to display our availability and manage the booking process including payment processing and guest communications. We love how it's also integrated with many of the popular online travel agencies. We currently use it to sync our availability and manage incoming bookings from AirBnB, Booking.com and Homeaway/Vrb. We highly recommend OwnerRez and thankful we found them!
