Turno (formerly TurnoverBnB) FREE For All OwnerRez Users

All OwnerRez customers can now use Turno's (formerly TurnoverBnB) industry-leading cleaning and turnover management software for FREE!

If your OwnerRez and Turno accounts are connected, your Turno subscription fee will be waived. This will give you access to Turno's Cleaner Marketplace for better rates and more consistent service by connecting you to a network of over 25K short-term rental cleaning professionals competing for your business. Please note that processing fees will still be charged when using services by Marketplace cleaners.

I already have an amazing cleaning crew and would just need it for scheduling them. Would Turno be appropriate for this purpose?

I want to use it for my internal cleaning crew. My understanding is they sign up for an account also. Will my staff now be solicited by other AirBnBs in the area? Thank-you.

Will my internal housekeeper be required to pay for a subscription? Also, I don't want her solicited to do other cleans. How would we keep it closed to just our properties?

What changes for Turno users:

  • The new login address is now 
  • The old login address (app.turnoverbnb.com) will redirect you to 
  • Our Host app will be called Turno App for Hosts
  • Our Cleaner app will be called Turno App for Cleaners

What does not change for Turno users:

  • There should be no disruption in service, functionality, or features
  • Individual username and password credentials do not change 
  • Users can recover their passwords by clicking “Recover Password” on the Login screen
  • Customer Support is available live 24/7 via the website

Ok i created the account, synced owner rez. it pulled in my properties but no bookings. I resynced the calendar and still no bookings are populating

Turno only shows Airbnb bookings, not vrbo bookings. Any thoughts?

@VacationRentalPr  - are all your bookings appearing in OwnerRez?  That could be a reason.

Otherwise, if all your bookings are showing correctly in OwnerRez, I'd suggest reaching out to Turno tech support to investigate.

How can I get a notification that a cleaning has been scheduled when a booking comes in from Owner Rez? I know the cleaner gets a notification but I want to make sure the cleaning is on the calandar. Similar to how the Door Lock sends a notifications?

Thanks Ken, low and behold I already had OR and Turno connected since 2022. Love the automation!! I use it for all my homes and it takes the pressure off texting and finding a cleaner so worth it!  However, I do pay the subscription fee.  Didn't the article it state that it's free for OR users?

Turno says:

Your scheduled cleaning jobs themselves are only available to cleaners who you already have on your team!
 
If you release any offers to the Marketplace, these will not expose your full name or your property's address, and they are also not for a specific date. But at the moment, there is no way to block specific people from seeing your offers.

Turno says:f you invite your cleaner to work with you through Turno, she will not receive offers from other hosts in the Marketplace by default, but she may apply to the Marketplace if she so chooses.
