I own a fourplex, each unit is identical. Occassionally, I'll get a booking and the guest will request to stay in a different unit (example, they rented the second floor but decided later they wanted the first floor).
Is there a way to do this in the system?

We are working on adding that feature and we understand that it's important. For now we can change properties for you. Just email support with the booking number and say which property it should be switched to.
