Channel Bridge works for 2 of 3 properties on first import

Hi,

I have 3 properties on Vrbo and have successfully imported calendars from 2 of the 3.  The 3rd one shows valid data in the Excel file, but when I try to import the file, it gives an error message that one of the bookings "overlaps with an existing booking".  But when I look at the 2 bookings, I can't see any overlap...?  Data from both bookings seem correct

Suggestions?

Thanks,

Gary

I've figured out what is happening - but not how to fix it.

The Excel file has all the correct information - including correct property name...but when importing it into the booking calendar it goes under the incorrect property?  The error message came from overlap with an existing reservation at a different property.

When I deleted the reservation causing the error, everything loaded into the calendar....but under the wrong property.

How to fix this?

Please write in to the Helpdesk with specific examples, including screenshots.  Also, in this message, please provide a list of your property names and their Vrbo listing numbers.  It sounds from your description like you have them mis-mapped, which will result in bookings being assigned to the wrong property.  You may be able to see the problem, and potentially even fix it, under the Vrbo Identifier Mapping on this page:

Hi Ken,

Yes, that was the problem.  One of the properties had both Vrbo numbers under it.  I corrected that and now it works!
