Contact info in email footer

I can't seem to find the setting to edit my contact info in the email footer that is sent to guests in triggers and just in general if I email them from OR. 

I want to add my Google voice and not my personal number. 

I don't want to have to go in and edit every single template, and if I do that footer still auto shows up in every email.

You most likely need to make change in your Theming section:
