General Request for Reviews

Hi Paul,

Is there a way I can put in my email a general link for a review? I have a review link for VRBO that I send with my release of the Security Deposit now. Since leaving VRBO, I need a general review link. I see their is a place for individual bookings.

If you're sending a booking related email, you can use the {BUREVIEW} link to include the review link for that booking. Is that what you're looking for, or are you trying to do something different?

I would like to send a link, without someone’s name attached to it. This way I can send the same link to anyone.

This email portion goes out to everyone.

We don't have a generic link that anybody on the internet can use, but if you put in {BUREVIEW} it'll get you where you want to go. Do it like this:

That way you can just have a single link that will work for the current booking because {BUREVIEW} and {BID} will be mail merged to the correct values for that booking.

On this one you might want to make the "text to display" a bit friendlier -- "review form for booking XYZ" is a little bland. Just make sure to keep the {BUREVIEW} in the URL field and the link will do what you want.

{BULEASE} is the rental agreement. Which one is for the review? {BUREVIEW}? Does that exist?

Yes, it is {BUREVIEW} -- that's fairly new, we added it a couple months ago.
