Getting help from OwnerRez

I am a new rental owner and starting with OR from the start. I am having some trouble with the VRBO integration. It seems the only way to get help is by email. That’s usually a 24 to 48 hour turnaround. Very inefficient and almost impossible to communicate. 

Is there any other way to get help from OR. Do they have a chat feature that I’m not seeing? Seems almost everyone has chat. I cleared up a question with Wheelhouse in 10 minutes using their chat. 

Any ideas or input is appreciated. 

Go on Facebook and join the unofficial Owner Rez support group, tey are very helpful and you can search for answers that may have already been answered. also check the help section and videos on YouTube you might find some help there too, but the support group is the best bet.
