I see that message in my portal. So I guess it is the same as it was with Stripe - it "thinks" that something about this set up is unsafe?
I know currently everyone is so concerned with PCI compliance, is there anything we need to do?

OwnerRez is PCI compliant, but gateways don't automatically know that.

Contact Lynnbrook support and they should be able to toggle that for you.

I am getting requests for this again.

I asked Lynnbrook and they said they can no longer do this for merchants.

What is the easy way to take care of this request since it is OR that is handling the CC processing.

We're not aware of any change in how Lynnbrook handles this.  Please write in to our Helpdesk, and cc Lynnbrook support, so we can get this clarified and make sure the process is as smooth as possible.
