This error started a couple of days ago on my OR acct with 2 listings. Only 1 property is API connected with Airbnb. Photos and Availability are updated/synced but not content or rates. I disabled Travel Insurance, Rental Guardian, and I also removed my cancellation policy (as suggested by an OR FB Support Group user). I'm stumped...any suggestions? Hoping for an answer so I can at least sync/adjust my rates before the wknd!
This problem has nothing to do with being connected to RentalGuardian or anything else. The issue is that Airbnb does not allow you to reference any websites or links in the property listing fields that are passed to them to be presented to potential guests. It sounds like you manually entered "RentalGuardian.com" somewhere, which isn't allowed.

I saw the same thing. The issue is that I had put a link to insuremytrip.com in my House Rules (which is a mirror of my rental agreement). Airbnb seems to have ignored it up until now but just recently started enforcing it.
Edit: and now that I removed that link, it's complaining about an email address I had included to send pet shot records to (one of my HOAs requires that from guests).
Edit #2: aaaand then it complained about a phone number I had put in for a local storage facility where people could park boat trailers. Ha. It's like Whack-A-Mole...

I have a similar issue in that AirBnB has just decided they don't like that I had a phone number listed (county resource). I've gone through my personal website and property fields that push to AIr and VRBO to remove the number, but AirBnB is still showing a Sync Error saying the phone number still exists. Help?! Is there a not-so-obvious field where this number may have replicated within OR? Thank you!
Honestly it could be anywhere... We're looking into adding some tools to perhaps find and identify the problem field, but that may be awhile.
Hi Ken- Whenever I sync for my Airbnb listing, Error pops up and suddenly there are duplicate photos on my listing even after I delete them and sync again.
Please write into the Helpdesk with screenshots showing the problem, so we can investigate. I do know that Airbnb recently made a somewhat breaking change to their API that is affecting the proper updating of photos, so this may be related to that.
