I would like to be able to send an automated reply to the guest during specific hours (after hours) for instructions for them to contact the on call service..
You could probably just set this up with your email service. It would certainly be faster than hoping OR implements something like this, especially since OR isn't really designed to monitor and respond to emails outside of inquiries and bookings. Many email services have autoresponders and out of office messaging. Gmail can be setup this way using a third party plugin.
How do you suggest doing this? Let's say a guest on Airbnb says hey hot water isn't working. How do we at 1 am send them an email that they see on airbnb chat saying to call us at XXX-XXX-XXXX for immediate response?

This would be a fantastic addition! I would love a way to send an automatic response to any Airbnb messages received outside of business hours that provides info on when we’ll next be available and offers a phone number for emergency use only.
It would be an even bigger bonus if we could tailor the auto-response trigger to send different templates for guests in varied statuses (pre-booking, during reservation, post-stay, etc.).
