Email template theming improvements

I just spent time to reformat my marketing including creating a new email template in an outside email html editor. I then imported the .html into OwnerRez code. However some of the formatting in fields like {QHCTAB} are hardset by OwnerRez. So the formatting does not match our color scheme or fonts. It would nice to expand Theming to include more than headers and footer but to globally set color, fonts, etc.

Many of my messages look "fine" on a computer, but on a phone, the lack of "match" between the Owner Rez hardset fields, like {PINSTMAN} and the footer are striking. The different sizes of fonts in the one email is unprofessional looking and embarrassing.

This isn't thought to be a systemic issue, but, can result from issues in how exactly you configured your template, theming, etc.  Please write in to the Helpdesk with specific examples and screenshots, and we'll see what tweaks we can suggest to improve things.

Thanks for this update. I read other threads and what I have done so far is fixed 90% of it by "removing formatting" from all templates and then adding back any formatting like fonts or bold. The 10% remaining issue I will put on a short list to send to the Helpdesk once I don't have another more mission critical help topic active with them. Thank you!
