Message trigger for security deposit scheduled

Right now there is only a time based trigger allowed as opposed to an event based trigger. I need a message sent as soon as the security deposit is scheduled. Sometimes I get last minute bookings so a time based message wouldn’t work. I also like sending important information like the door code as soon as it’s available rather than waiting two days before the checkin to send the info. 

There are event-based trigger options as well, but they are currently limited. These options include booking creation/cancellation, payment, property changes, and Renter Agreement signing, currently there is not a trigger option for the SecDep being signed but this may be an option in the future.
