Option to block specific hours on a date while still allowing check-out and check-in on that day

Could you add an option to block specific hours on a particular date while still allowing bookings with check-out and check-in on that date? For example, blocking 11 AM to 4 PM on May 22nd for a specifi properties to allow check-outs at 11 AM and check-ins at 4 PM. This would really enhance our booking flexibility.
