Remove minimum gap restrictions on approaching vacancies

I would like to request to remove minimum gap day requirements on vacancies closer than a set date. For example if I have a 3 day vacancy within 7 days, and if my minimum stay requirement is 2 days, and I have a "do-not-allow 1 day gap" requirement, in order to increase my chances of getting bookings at the last minute I would like to remove the minimum gap day requirement for that duration, but not for vacancies out in future.

This is a problem for me too. Feature will allow for more bookings.

Completely agree. It would be great to have this feature. 

FWIW, while I'm all for OR adding more customizable flexibility on things like this, I did want to note that if you use PriceLabs (or possibly other automated pricing systems), you can set far more granular/customized minimum stay settings than OR allows. That's how I do it.

Chris, I also use Pricelabs, and I checked with them also. They define gap days differently than ownerrez, and currently they do not support this feature that I am requesting. 

Currently there's no solution for this feature from either Ownerrez or Pricelabs.

I would like this feature also.  We typically want one day between guests to clean, and want this to be the default.  However if we have the bandwidth to do a same day turnover, we would like to open the night to allow this.  I am trying to figure out a workaround to make this work in the calendar but have not yet.
