It would be really helpful to add custom fields like bed preference to booking notes, which can be answered by the guest in the point of contact form.
It could then be sent in an automatic email to the cleaners using the {BNOTES} field.
I'm not clear on how this is different from the normal custom fields that are required on checkout/signing?
