We're a very small team and despite I still find access authorities too simple in OR. So, I can't hire someone to help me with some basic things. It'd be very important for this person to be able to add charges (e.g. airport transfers) into already existing bookings but not being able to change anything else or delete charges.

So, improved/more sophisticated user authorities would be great. At least if there was an option for a user to create charges in bookings, this would be a huge improvement.

Currently, the only way for a user to add charges to bookings is to give this person full admin rights and this is far too risky.

Yes, this is really lacking in OR.
We are also a small team but we do not want everyone to have access to all the areas and are desperate for better controls. We recently had a custom website build and had to give access to our entire system to the web development team it made us very uncomfortable for them to have access to all that information.

I hope this is coming soon in a future release.

Yes, this is planned, though I don't have an ETA on it.

I would also love an update on this feature! This is such a bummer for me. I co-manage and co-own properties with different people and don't want them to be able to access all financial data for all my properties, but just the ones that they also manage/own.

Hello! Now that Team Access (User Invites) is out, we're next going to do Read-Only access. "Tiered Access" will come after that, which we are working to get to in mid-2023. It's not in development yet, so it's not committed work but something we do have on the roadmap to get to as soon as we can.

What we have now is not an option.  If you use the PM side of the platform, you can hide the reports menu from employees/staff but, they still have full access to all the PM menu option which shows all the PM financials.  This makes absolutely no sense.  You need to hide the PM menu as well as the reports.

Actually, the daily checklist report is very helpful to any staff member.  If you can lock all reports and the PM menu and give access to the Daily Checklist report, that would be so helpful.

Waiting for this change for a while now.... disappointed that it's just not a viable option to just hide the report menu.

I'm not sure if I am replying to the correct topic or not. I currently use OwnerRez for my own properties and am going to begin Cohosting. I'm concerned about the lack of ability within the Property management module to give team member access to specific properties vs all properties. If I have a team member that works on only properties for one owner, I would like to limit their access to that owner. If I have a team member that works on properties in a specific location, I would like to limit access by location.

Unfortunately no, at present this is still not possible, but it does remain planned for the future.

Do you have any idea how far in the future this is planned for? Thank you!

I want to add my vote to this list. I need to give certain users access to certain properties, but with more access than the current portal allows. For example, I want them to be able to book the property and handle guest needs/requests.
