Yep, that's the best way to do that for now. We've got some ideas about how to make more general event blocks for stuff like this or general prep time rules on the todo list.

1) Go to the Inquiries tab
2) Click the Attention header twice to sort on that descending so you get the unanswered ones first

Yep, eRentalLock doesn't take in minutes, so we pass them just the hour numbers. They add the :59 on their side which makes it a little janky. Our grace period setting adds an hour on either end, so …
