Guests' middle names are needed, but OR has no field for that. Can this be fixed?

I just now signed up via OR, somehow missing that it was as easy as a few clicks in the API Integration, but it took 2 months for them to get you connected?

I use FF.
I don’t have any add-ons that block iframes or scripting, but could an ad blocker be the culprit? I’ve never had any issues with OR before.
