Five star! We love OwnerRez - fairly intuitive and responsive support. Reasons for Switching to OwnerRez: LiveRez was the worst experience ever. Their specialty modules like trust accounting and integration with housekeeping/maintenance billing would never work - their tech people just gave up trying. Once you get a feel and understanding for how OwnerRez is set up (the different pieces) I find it very intuitive and easy to use. Easy to make adjustments and customize surcharges/discounts for each home. Integrates well with other critical software systems.
