The experience has been excellent. I am very happy that I moved to OwnerRez.
I find OwnerRez to be very intuitive for me to use. After a couple weeks, I really felt like I could navigate and accomplish everything necessary to run my business. Reasons for Switching to OwnerRez: I was very un happy with Guesty. Clunky and non-intuitive for me.
I wish there was a unified mailbox so that I can see all messages in the same place. I also need better messaging integration and notifications with Vrbo communications.

If you are considering learning and implementing this software do not hesitate even for a second. It was the best decision I made and never once regretted it. There are so many amazing features and benefits to this software. From having guests sign a lease that's automatically emailed to them to collecting payments automatically for VRBO to the direct booking website they build for you. The pros are endless. There is so much value here!!! Reasons for Choosing OwnerRez: The rental agreement!!!!
You have to be willing to spend the time to learn it. Take one feature and master it. Be patient. Once you set it all up it works so amazingly well. It saves so much time and is so worth it at the end.

It can grow with us a vacation rental business. We currently do not accept direct payments or have our own website, but we can expand to those when we are ready. We can post and coordinate multiple channels. We can share several calendars with our cleaners and maintenance contractors in an easy calendar format.
The initial setup is cumbersome. OwnerRez is a powerful software that must be set up correctly from the initial posting of your vacation rental. We decided to pay OwnerRez for additional support. We recommend that step for new users. It helped us to understand the full capabilities and scope of the software. The customer service is quick, responsive, and informative, and will work with you to get creative solutions. However, you cannot speak with someone on the phone. It must be done via email which is slower for quick questions.

I have been a client for a while now and am very pleased with the software and the team that supports the software. They are always quick to respond, care that you have the best solution possible and are always open to suggestions.
It's a dynamic software that thinks of everything that's required to run a vacation rental business. Very often the solutions implemented with the knowledge of what the user needs even before the user realizes that it's needed. Reasons for Choosing OwnerRez: There were multiple solutions in the market at the time but I chose OwnerRez because of the flexibility of their solution. Something that cannot be under-valued is the team responsiveness as well. The OwnerRez solution is very flexible yet amazingly easy to use. How they were able to achieve that proper balance is a testament to how they listen to their clients.
A guest two way communication module would be appreciated. So that all guest communications can remain within the OwnerRez CRM.
