Calendar Unavailable by Default

I have a new property that we are managing, and the owners want to make the calendar unavailable by default and then just open up the dates they wish to rent. Is there a way to do that via OwnerRez? I know Airbnb has that option, but we have an OR hosted website and are API connected via OR to Airbnb and Vrbo, so to have everything sync properly, it would have to be feature in OR. If it is there, I can't seem to find it.

Currently the closest thing OwnerRez has to something like this would be by using Blocks.
