I can't figure out how to set up a third party alert. I need every new booking to be sent to our property manager and HOA.

Go Under Properties, Select a property, on the left side pane there is 3rd Party Alerts. Add the email of the person you want alerted.
Thanks, BlueMtn! That's exactly it. You can also add a lot more customization by creating a custom template and a trigger to send it. But the easy option is what BlueMtn said.
On the third party alerts page, under the space for the email address, there is a selection "Subscribed" or "Unsubscribed." Subscribed to what?

Not sure. I checked "subscribed." We'll see what happens.
