We have OwnerRez integrated with Turno (formerly TurnoverBnB). I am trying to find a way to get the Cleaner Name, clean date and cost pushed from Turno and posted into a custom field in OwnerRez. I don't see that Turno has a Zapier integration. How are other OR users getting the cleaner name to be reportable in OR?
I reached out to OR support, and they responded "Zapier is a good idea, but as noted, Turno doesn't integrate with them. Also, at present, while OwnerRez can be used to send zaps, it cannot yet receive them. So this wouldn't work for now."

OwnerRez does support the capability for our API integrated partners (like Turno) to insert data into custom fields, and some of them do. So far as we're aware, Turno has not developed this feature, but, you could reach out and suggest it to them.
Is there a way to push the cleaning date in OR to Turno? So far it's not showing.

For specific issues such as the one you're detailing, I'd recommend emailing into our helpdesk at help@ownerreservations.com with details such as the related booking and the cleaning date that's not pushing so we can investigate properly.
One thing I've noticed with the integration is that when I have a cleaning date set in OwnerRez, it does not sync to Turno. Turno then pushes a default date of the check-out date back to OR as the cleaning date. This caused an issue where all of my cleanings for the month got reset to the date of checkout instead of the dates I agreed to with my cleaners previously.
I've disabled my integration for now as that caused some massive problems.
I believe the way Turno is intended to work is, the cleaning date is set in Turno, and then pushed back into OwnerRez, not the other way around. I know Turno was having issues with the dates for awhile, but my understanding is that this was fixed list week.
I'd recommend reaching out to Turno to discuss the proper handling of cleaning scheduling, so that it will work as expected between OwnerRez and Turno.
Which integrations insert data to OR?

I acknowledge the age of this thread and ORs lack of desire to create their own solution, which makes perfect sense.
That being said, what I would like to see is the cleaner's contact information automatically synced with Breezeway and Turno.
While having multiple platforms that do their own thing really well, it can definitely feel like everything is just cobbled together to work with no single source of truth. As the owner/operator, I don't want to jump around a bunch of platforms to see what's what. Furthermore, I would like to have messaging for the guest that says 'your professional clean was just wrapped up by Susy Q. Cleaner, let us know how she did" --type of thing.
So I would very much like to see a tighter integration of data between the applications...
