Hello there,
Being able to set triggers to be sent at certain times is great, however, I'd personally find it very useful if I could set triggers to be sent x hours after booking is created.

Wonderful to have this feature but I believe the wording needs to mention the cancellation fee instead of refund since it might be the case that you might have charged less than the cancellation fee …
