Overall nothing but positive experience, would highly recommend it to anyone with vacation rentals!
It's functionality is so thorough, they have literally thought of everything we need and it works so well. No glitches, no issues ever. I've been using it for almost 12 months and it's literally worked perfectly the whole time. It's also very cost effective. Considering how much functionality and the direct API's with the platforms and quickbooks and pricing tools etc it's very very cost effective!
There was a little bit of a learning curve in setting it up but their customer service is so incredibly helpful and responsive!

When I have had questions their customer service is not only amazing but quick to respond. I had an exceptional experience with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] setting up my account and walking me through each scenario so I could decide what worked best for me and my business.
The software itself literally thinks of every scenario and has automations that can be enabled to take care of it. The number of features is amazing.

Reasons for Switching to OwnerRez: They were recommended by my website developer, but they were recommended based on the capabilities of their large enterprise product rather than the recently-acquired SMB product that is seriously lacking most of the capabilities available in their large enterprise product. I've been in the software business for decades, and whenever I see a large-enterprise-focused software company acquire a product specifically to go after SMB at a lower price-point I know that product is ultimately doomed.
The feature set is so extensive and so robust that I have yet to find anything lacking.

My experience has been better than I expected. Because I am not very computer savvy, I really appreciate their suggestions and links to where I need to go.
Anytime I have a question and contact OwnerRez I hear back from them very quickly. They always answer my question, but also make suggestions for things they notice on my site with them that could use some tweaking. I love that because I am with OwnerRez I am able to require accidental damage insurance for all bookings, regardless of where they originate from. Without OwnerRez I would not have been able to do that since Inhave only 2 vacation rentals.
I chose OwnerRez over all others due to the recommendations of members of the Inner Circle of vrmb.com - many of them professional vacation rental managers that had researched and/or used many other products.
There is nothing.in I don't like. It has done everything and much more than I expected.
