Just want to add my support for adding this feature. However, since we use a mix of Schlage and Yale and are leaning strongly toward Yale on all of our latest installations, I'd be very disappointed if a solution only supported Schlage.
I've had some interaction with Seam.co and was impressed with the company.
The best answer to getting locks into OwnerRez would be partnering with https://www.seam.co/
These guys have all the API to each vendor built into their platform and REALLY BIG partners are using them so each PMS doesn't have to write to each manufactures API.
Consider them an API middle wear.
I don't know why we would be spending development cycles on this when there is already an integration with Jervis (it is similar to Seam - that is what I am using). Yes, there is a small fee but any other integration will also have a cost. If the people that are requesting the Schlage integration want it to not to have pay extra you should be aware that Schlage will charge OR an ongoing fee for the integration - they don't provide it for free - so it would be another paid feature so let OR keep to its core and use one of the available vendors.
It does not make any sense for OR to make an integration with a single provider. Someone at OR please kill this idea once and for all!
Hello everyone! We updated this feature request a while back to show it's "In Development" but that doesn't show up in the email alerts when someone comments so I wanted to provide a quick update. We're still in the early stages of direct integration with Schlage, but we're aiming to get it out in Q3 of 2023 at the latest.
Wonderful! Thank you.
Thank you OR. This will be a great feature for one of the most popular locks. Having to manage yet another 3rd party account for the locks is not ideal. Cannot wait for the direct integration. Much appreciated.
I just noticed this thread. Obviously, I’m in support of this integration. I can’t wait to hear more about this feature.
I have a Schlage encode lock at one of my properties and an OR integration would save me a great deal of time and hassle, plus greatly reduce the danger that I'll fat finger an important date or time or forget to change dates on the Schlage app when booking dates change.
New to ownerrez, gettting this integration with schlage will cement OR as one of the best as I'm hating the Remotelock pricing and sub par options with others! Please bring this to a reality!

Vinh, I couldn't help but drop a screenshot here for you:
Look carefully. 🧐
This is a screenshot from a dev environment, but I thought you and others might be interested in seeing progress! It's through dev and into dev review and QA now. No ETA yet, but it's a real thing.
Wow! We use Schlage Encode locks across all properties and currently rely on RemoteLocks, but a direct integration will be amazing. Thank you for developing this new feature. We look forward to its release!

I also have a Schlage lock at my STR with Remote Lock integration. Looking forward to the release as well!
Thanks for the update...very very excited! If not suggested already having ability to sync multiple locks at same property to same generated code (for those with more than one at each property) would be icing on the cake.! Thank you all for your hard work!
Yes please!!!
Hello,
Just wondering if you are planning to support other lock brands? My locks are Yale Z-wave locks, which have never let me down in over 6 years
I'd love a direct integration like this :)

Hello - yes, we plan to support direct integration with Yale/August in the future.
Awesome! Thank you
Hello - yes, we plan to support direct integration with Yale/August in the future.
We currently have a mixed bag and I think I can say Ive tried most of them... EZLO/Vera ia zwave option we use today as is Hubitat. We gave also tried SmartThings. Challenge is and always has been the piece of middleware required to communicate with the zwave hub/controller. Lynx/RemoteLock are a couple of options but not direct integrations and of course high fees just to be able to synchronize booking information codes to the lock controller.
Hello,
Are you also considering integrating with Ultraloq locks? I recently installed this lock in my personal home and love it so far.
Thanks,
Hemang.
