Getting and keeping reviews is important for your reputation and marketing. By collecting and storing your Booking.com (BDC) reviews in OwnerRez, you'll be able to keep them forever. Don't assume reviews on listing sites like BDC are safe because if you delist your property, your reviews may be taken down and no longer available.
While reviews left on the Booking.com (BDC) platform are not pushed to OwnerRez, you can download your BDC reviews from your BDC Property Extranet > Guest reviews > and select Download Guest Reviews.
A popup window will appear asking you if you, "Want to export your reviews?" Click on Download guest reviews.
Then complete your review import by following the instructions, starting at the Find and Download the Excel Template section of the Storing reviews by importing them in bulk via Excel support article.
