- Allow channel bridge rate push for non-API connected properties even if some other properties are API connected
- Display actual affiliate referral link on Affiliate Program page
- Handle refund amount that is fully consumed by fees on VRBO channel bridge for canceled bookings
- On booking.com API booking updates, don't overwrite name if it's been changed in OwnerRez
- For Airbnb API, exclude surcharges from rule matching if number of nights wouldn't match
- For TA API, calculate highest applicable rate for week/month
