If you want to keep your guests happy, it's important to keep your properties clean!
We have API integration with several companies that specialize in providing detailed housekeeping and maintenance scheduling capabilities, including some which are free of charge to OwnerRez users.
At present, OwnerRez offers one simple scheduling ability for housekeeping: you can specify a particular day for a property to be cleaned after a booking, which will be displayed on the booking popup in the ribbon and other displays.
To enter a cleaning date, go to the Booking's Overview tab, and click the Change / Move button:
Then use the Cleaning Date field:And, here's what it looks like in the popup on the Ribbon View:
